ReadyNest Safety Training

Brand Direction Kit

Prepared by Poppy Marketing & Consulting  |  March 2026

Before we start building, we need a few decisions from you and Stephanie. Pick one option from each section below, and we will take it from there. No wrong answers -- both directions are solid.

Section 1

Color Palette

Both options use blue as the primary trust color and red as a controlled accent -- the same foundation as your current logo. The difference is intensity.

Option A

Deep Medical

  • Deep Medical Blue
    #1F4E79
    Logo, headings, navigation
  • Soft Professional Blue
    #3B73A6
    Section backgrounds, secondary elements
  • Controlled Emergency Red
    #D64541
    Buttons, highlights, heart symbol
  • Warm Light Gray
    #F4F6F8
    Page background
  • Charcoal Slate
    #2F3A45
    Body text
  • Soft Gold (optional)
    #E6B54A
    Nest element, subtle warmth

More subdued, clinical trust. Feels like a medical professional you can rely on.

    Page background
  • Near Black

Section 2

Font Pairing

Both options are clean and professional. The difference is subtle -- one feels more corporate, the other slightly warmer.

Option 1

Clean Corporate

Headlines: Montserrat SemiBold

CPR Training for Childcare Providers

Body: Inter

ReadyNest Safety provides CPR certification, continuing education, and emergency preparedness plans designed specifically for childcare facilities in Katy and West Houston. Founded by a paramedic and a preschool director who understand both sides of the equation.

Structured, modern, corporate-clean.

Option 2

Warm Professional

Headlines: Raleway Bold

CPR Training for Childcare Providers

Body: Open Sans

ReadyNest Safety provides CPR certification, continuing education, and emergency preparedness plans designed specifically for childcare facilities in Katy and West Houston. Founded by a paramedic and a preschool director who understand both sides of the equation.

Slightly warmer, approachable but still professional.

Section 3

Logo

Your shield + heart + EKG line concept is strong -- it communicates safety, medical credibility, and protection in one mark. Here is what we will do with it:

Quick question: Are you and Stephanie happy with the shield concept as the direction, or would you like us to explore something different?
Section 4

Domain

You purchased three domains on GoDaddy. Here they are with our recommendation:

Domain Notes
readynestcpr.com CPR-specific. Good for marketing campaigns but limits you as services expand. Redirect to primary.
safenestpreparedness.com Matches your LLC name. Could be useful later for a corporate-facing brand. Redirect to primary.

We will set up whichever domain you choose. The other two can redirect to it so no traffic is lost.

Quick question: Are you good with readynestsafety.com as the primary, or do you prefer one of the others?
Section 5

Website Messaging

The content you put together is already in a great place. Your instinct to lead with the childcare angle is exactly right. Here is why:

We looked at every CPR training provider serving the Katy and West Houston market. What we found:

Your strongest angle on the website:

"Safety training built from inside the childcare world -- by a paramedic and a preschool director."

This is a true, defensible position that no competitor can replicate. The combination of Sharief's emergency medical experience and Stephanie's hands-on preschool leadership is genuinely unique in this market. We will use your content as the foundation and sharpen the language to make this angle come through clearly.

Section 6

What We Need From You

Just four decisions to get us started:

  1. Palette: Option A (Deep Medical) or Option B (Bright Shield)?
  2. Fonts: Option 1 (Clean Corporate) or Option 2 (Warm Professional)?
  3. Logo: Keep the shield concept or explore something different?
  4. Domain: Good with readynestsafety.com as primary, or prefer another?
  5. Phone number: Once you have a business number (Google Voice is a great free option to start with), send it our way so we can add it to the site.

Once you confirm these, we will start building. There will be a couple of quick account setups needed before launch (website hosting, contact form, analytics) -- we will send you simple step-by-step instructions for those when the time comes.
